This listing is for a Snow globe tumbler. This means a cup with glitter + a liquid solution that will make the glitter move. The glitter will eventually settle at the bottom and /or top of the cup. To loosen up glitter that has settled, simply shake the tumbler carefully to get the glitter going again. Some glitter may clump together.
