This glass can does not have a clear resin coat.
Please realize that snow globe tumblers are exactly that. The glitter will eventually settle on top and/or bottom just like a snow globe. To loosened up glitter that has settle simply shake tumbler carefully to get the glitter going again. Some glitter may clump together.
