All sales are final!
We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items once they have been picked up or shipped out to you.

                REFUNDS

No refunds will be given unless we have talked about an issue made on our end and have come to an agreement. 

              CANCELATION

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed/started or shipped

               DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive defective, wrong item or any issue made on our end, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Item must be reported to us within 1-2 days of package being delivered. After that, we are no longer liable. If your order should have any rhinestones fall off within the first 30 days PLEASE contact us so we can solve the issue.

Note: Once the item is in hands of the post office, We are not responsible for any shipping damage or delay and any claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.
