SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with USPS, once you receive your tracking information, wait at least 24 hrs for any updates.
Please make sure that you double-check your mailing address before submitting your order, so we can avoid package being delivered to mistyped or invalid address. Package will be sent to the address you submitted. If the address is incorrect carrier will return the package & an additional fee will be charged to the customer in order to reship the item.
PICK UP
If you decide to do order pick up, you'll receive an email or text to the phone number when your order is ready for pick up. We do pick-ups only by appointment. Please text us to schedule your pick up, let us know if you are running late or will not make it.
TURNAROUND TIME
All items have a turnaround time listed in their description. Current turnaround for CUSTOMS is 3 weeks, READY TO SHIP: 3 days and unless stated, items automatically are shipped within one week.
During holiday season, it may extend. We aim to get order out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays or damages incurred during shipping once they are in the hands of the post office. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.
