We have custom orders twice a month and we notified "open spots" on our instagram.
When placing an order for custom items be specific as possible when providing design details and send inspiration photos. We always send a proof for approval prior to start order. Once we send the proof minor changes can be made. For example, spelling mistakes, placement, minor color changes, adding or removing small details. We allow up to 24 hours for approval, once 24 hours has passed the order will be shipped as is.
When placing a custom order for more then one item, we recommend to order at least 2 week in advance. Please provide a date when the order is needed and should not be the same day of your event. We are not responsible if the items do not arrive in time.
Due to the custom nature of products, we do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations.
